The KJS V-Star Virago Manifold System , incorporates a new 40 mm carb and rubber adapter along with the high flow manifold.  Listed below is an overview of the features and benefits of the KJS V-Star/Virago Manifold along with a full list as to what is included in the kit.

  • Single carb clears engine space for increased air flow cooling the rear cylinder.

  • Fuel cannot  percolate from engine heat allowing air-fuel mixture to run cooler.

  • Superior system as a result of constant intake manifold pressure allowing the  air-fuel mixture to flow evenly.

  • Fuel atomization on start up is instant making a faster ignition and creating less strain on the electric starter

With the  KJS Manifold system you will receive the following:

 

  • KJS High Flow Intake Manifold

  • new 40 MM Mikuni, flatside smoothbore carb, with accelerator pump

  • new rubber mounting flange with clamp

  • manifold mounting gaskets

All you need is:

  • fuel line & external filter (if required)

  • silicone sealant adhesive

  • 2 spark plugs (as recommended)

  • Air Filter of your choice

There are many kinds of air filters on the market, we at KJS don't recommend any make or sell them,  they will all work. Some custom brackets should be installed to support the style you desire, It's entirely your choice!
